ACCESSING ONLINE RESOURCES
PennKey
Your PennKey is the username you chose to authenticate your identity to many of Penn's networked systems and services. If you haven't already chosen your PennKey and password, you will need to locate the PennKey setup code you received by mail from Penn, and then visit the PennKey website. If you experience any problems, please email pennkey@isc.upenn.edu. You must complete this process before you can register for a Wharton domain account, which will allow you to access computing resources across Wharton.
PennKey vs. Wharton Domain Account
The PennKey username you've created during the process outlined above, will be the same as your Wharton domain account username. However, these accounts are separate entities. Your PennKey will allow you to access University-wide resources like Campus Express, while your Wharton domain account will allow you to access Wharton-specific online resources such as SPIKE, webCafe, etc. As such, your PennKey and Wharton domain account can possess different passwords. We encourage you to remain vigilant regarding account security for both sets of credentials, as they will represent your online presence during your time at Penn. We suggest you change both passwords on a regular basis.
Creating Your Wharton Domain Account
After you have created your PennKey, navigate to the following URL: http://apps.wharton.upenn.edu/accounts/early/. You will be asked to login with your PennKey and password, at which point your Wharton domain account can be created. Please note that this process can be completed at any point after you have created your PennKey. We encourage you to complete this process prior to arriving on campus to adequately familiarize yourself with the various online Wharton resources available.
Wharton E-Mail Account
Your Wharton domain account will be used to access your Wharton e-mail. Your actual email account will be created over the summer, but you’ll receive your Wharton email address when you create your Wharton domain account. Until your email account is available, we recommend you forward your Wharton e-mail address to whatever e-mail account you regularly check. This will allow the School to keep in touch with you until you arrive on campus. If you would like to change the forwarding address you chose when you created your Wharton domain account, navigate to the following URL: http://apps.wharton.upenn.edu/accounts/forwarding/.

Campus Express Online

Services such as your Penn Card, Penn Dining Services, Transportation services, and more are available at Campus Express. For more detailed information please consult their website at: http://campusexpress.upenn.edu/.
