Management 100: Leadership & Communication in Groups
All Wharton undergraduates participate in the Undergraduate Leadership Program, which has its foundation in Management 100 and aims to strengthen students’ leadership and communication skills through innovative teaching, developmental programs, and service learning.
First-year students complete Management 100 in the fall semester of the first year. Transfer and dual-degree students take it in the spring of their first year as a Wharton student.
