Leadership in the Business World
| Sponsored by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Leadership in the Business World (LBW) is a summer institute for a talented and select group of rising seniors in high school who want to learn about leadership in business. Since 1999, LBW has brought students from six continents and nearly every state to the Wharton School. |
LBW features classes, trips, and activities designed to give students opportunities to learn about leadership in 21st century business organizations. As markets become more global and the pace of technology increases, business leaders will need to be increasingly flexible as well as increasingly knowledgeable. LBW is designed to introduce students to the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for exercising leadership in the 21st century. |
