LUNCH & LEARN SERIES - Take your professor to lunch!
Step 1: Invite one or two of your classmates and your favorite Wharton professor to lunch. Decide on two dates (Tues-Fri) between September 22 and December 4 and choose a time between 11:30am-1:30pm. You should invite your professor first to make sure they are able to join you on the dates you choose.
Step 2: Use the sign-up form to make your request.
Step 3: Receive E-mail confirmation from Wharton Undergraduate Division within one week of submission and again on the Monday before your lunch date. Your request is not guaranteed until you receive an official confirmation E-mail. The lead student is responsible for corresponding with other party members.
Step 4: Enjoy your lunch at Marathon Grill, Beijing, New Delhi or Mad 4 Mex (max. $18 per person, no alcohol). Please let the restaurant know you are with the Lunch & Learn Series BEFORE you order. Please bring identification to confirm reservation.
Step 5: Fill out the Evaluation Form and submit it along with the itemized receipt to G95 within 24 hours of the lunch.
