Your Wharton cohort will provide you with a supportive community of students for your first year.
As part of the Successful Transition and Empowerment Program (STEP), you will be assigned to one of nine cohorts of approximately 60 students who you will take Wharton 1010 with in the fall. Your cohort will be led by upper-level cohort directors, who will plan activities and help your cohort grow into a strong network of support.
