From the moment you arrive at Penn, the Wharton cohort system will provide you with a supportive community of students.
As an incoming student, you will be assigned to one of nine cohorts of approximately 60 students. During your first year, your cohort will be led by upper-level cohort directors, who will plan activities and help your cohort grow into a strong network of friendship and support.
In your first semester, you will take Wharton 1010 with your cohort have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun cohort events, including the Amazing Cohort Race (a campus-wide scavenger hunt).
In addition to your cohort directors, you will be paired with a cohort mentor, an upper-level student who will help you adjust to life at Wharton and Penn.
