Life at Wharton and Penn

There’s no limit to what you can do at Wharton and Penn.

Life at Wharton goes way beyond the classroom. You will make friends and build lifelong connections in a dynamic and diverse community that starts at Penn and extends around the world. You’ll find hundreds of ways to get involved, impact society, pursue personal passions, and try out new things in a welcoming environment.

Join a Dynamic Community

At Wharton and Penn, you’ll find a diverse community with a unique blend of cultures and beliefs, as well as the most international students of any Ivy League university. You’ll discover diverse clubs, a wide range of sports, fraternities and sororities, a ton of volunteer opportunities, and all the entertainment, restaurants, and cultural activities you could want in Philly.

Your community at Wharton starts with your cohort — a group of 60 students with whom you’ll share academic and extracurricular experiences during your first year at Penn. As an integrated member of the Penn community, you will also make deep connections with students from every school through your College House, your athletic teams, Greek life, and the clubs and organizations you join.

With so many options, it’s no wonder that many Wharton students belong to multiple clubs! Joining a club is a great way to meet new friends, develop your interests, increase your work experience, and enhance your leadership and teamwork skills. Want to be a sports agent?
